1. General Disclaimer
The information provided by Harmonia ("Harmonia," "we," "our," or "us") on harmoniaportal.online (the "Platform") is for general informational and operational purposes only. As a Business-to-Business (B2B) AI workforce platform, Harmonia connects businesses and enterprises (Clients) with independent contributors (Workers) to facilitate the completion of digital tasks, such as data annotation, image labeling, and AI model evaluation.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our Platform in any capacity, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the terms, limitations, and disclaimers outlined on this page. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
All information and task opportunities provided on Harmonia are offered in good faith. However, Harmonia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform, its tasks, or the information contained therein. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Acceptance of Terms: Your continued use of the Harmonia Platform constitutes your explicit acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. No Professional Advice
The content, features, and functionalities provided on the Harmonia Platform do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, professional advice of any kind. Harmonia is a technology facilitator and marketplace, not a professional consulting firm.
Specifically, the Platform and its content do not provide:
- Legal Advice: Harmonia does not offer legal counsel or representation. Information regarding independent contractor status, NDAs, or intellectual property is general and not a substitute for consulting a qualified attorney.
- Financial Advice: We do not provide financial planning, investment strategies, or guidance on managing personal or business finances.
- Tax Advice: Harmonia does not advise on tax filings, deductions, or international tax obligations. Workers are solely responsible for determining their tax liabilities.
- Investment Advice: Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as an invitation to invest in securities, cryptocurrencies, or any financial instruments.
- Employment Advice: Harmonia does not provide guidance on labor rights, employment benefits, or worker classification disputes.
You should consult with a qualified professional advisor in the relevant field before making any decisions based on information encountered on or through the Harmonia Platform.
3. Platform Purpose
Harmonia acts exclusively as a digital technology platform and marketplace. Our core purpose is to serve as a bridge connecting organizations requiring human-in-the-loop (HITL) AI training data with a global network of skilled independent contributors.
Harmonia provides the software infrastructure, quality assurance tools, and communication channels necessary to facilitate these B2B transactions. We do not directly employ the Workers, nor do we directly contract the Clients' business operations.
No Guarantee of Project Availability
While our mission is to help Workers access uninterrupted and consistent tasks for their earnings, the availability of projects, research studies, surveys, annotation tasks, or labeling projects is entirely dependent on Client demand. Harmonia does not guarantee that:
- Opportunities will always be available to every user.
- A Worker will qualify for every available project based on demographic, geographic, or language requirements.
- Task volumes will remain consistent from day to day or week to week.
4. Independent Contractor Disclaimer
By participating as a Worker on the Harmonia Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Harmonia or its Clients.
Because no employer-employee relationship exists, you are not entitled to any of the rights or benefits typically associated with formal employment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Minimum wage guarantees or salary.
- Health insurance, medical benefits, or workers' compensation.
- Paid time off, sick leave, or holiday pay.
- Retirement benefits or pension contributions.
- Reimbursement for expenses (e.g., internet, equipment, software).
Contributors are solely responsible for their own legal obligations, including determining their legal business status in their jurisdiction, obtaining necessary permits, and complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding independent contracting.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
Participation on the Harmonia Platform does not guarantee earnings, a specific level of income, or continuous work. Harmonia is not a "get rich quick" scheme; it is a platform for flexible, remote digital work.
A Worker's earnings will vary significantly and depend entirely on a variety of factors, including:
- The volume and availability of active projects on the Platform at any given time.
- The Worker's performance, accuracy, and quality scores on previous tasks.
- Specific Client requirements, such as language proficiency or geographic location.
- The payout rate set by the Client for specific annotation or labeling tasks.
- The Worker's own availability, speed, and dedication to completing tasks.
Any examples of potential earnings displayed on the Platform, in marketing materials, or shared by community members are strictly for illustrative purposes. They do not represent a guarantee or promise of future earnings. Harmonia is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on expected earnings from the Platform.
6. Accuracy of Information
All information provided on the Harmonia Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep all project instructions, guidelines, platform documentation, and policies accurate, complete, and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of every piece of information.
Content, features, and task instructions may change without prior notice as projects evolve. Harmonia does not guarantee that the information published on the Platform will always be current, error-free, or applicable to your specific situation.
Users are encouraged to verify important information, read task instructions carefully before beginning work, and contact support whenever clarification is needed.
7. AI & Platform Services
Harmonia operates in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence data generation. As such, the nature of AI-related tasks provided on the Platform may evolve over time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features, task types, or services at any time without prior notice. This includes the introduction of new annotation tools, changes to quality assurance algorithms, or the removal of legacy task formats.
Harmonia is not liable for any disruption to a Worker's earnings or workflow caused by the evolution of AI technologies, changes in Client project scopes, or the addition/removal of platform services.
8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
To operate a robust and scalable B2B platform, Harmonia integrates with various trusted third-party service providers. These providers operate independently and have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and data processing practices.
Harmonia utilizes third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Google Analytics: For tracking website traffic and user behavior.
- Google AdSense: For displaying advertising on designated sections of the Platform.
- Cloudflare: For DNS management, DDoS mitigation, and bot protection.
- Discord API: For community integration and role synchronization.
- Payment Providers: Such as PayPal and various Cryptocurrency networks for processing payouts.
- Email Providers: Such as Resend and Brevo for transactional and support communications.
- Offerwall Providers: Such as CPX Research and Offerwall.me for supplementary bonus tasks.
Harmonia is not responsible for the content, policies, security practices, or availability of these third-party services. Any interaction you have with a third-party service through our Platform is at your own risk.
9. External Links Disclaimer
The Harmonia Platform may contain links to external websites or resources that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Harmonia. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes.
Harmonia has no control over the nature, content, accuracy, or availability of those external websites. The inclusion of any external link does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation by Harmonia.
Visiting external sites and interacting with them is entirely at the user's own risk. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party website they choose to visit.
10. User Responsibility
Every user (whether Client or Worker) is responsible for using Harmonia ethically, legally, and responsibly. To maintain the integrity of the platform, users must adhere to the following responsibilities:
- Account Security: Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, using strong passwords, and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.
- Information Accuracy: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, verification, and task completion.
- Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding independent contracting, data privacy, and online work.
- No Fraudulent Activity: The use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, automated bots, AI-generated content where human input is required, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Quality of Work: Workers are responsible for carefully reading instructions and submitting high-quality, accurate annotations or labels.
Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in task rejection, account suspension, or permanent termination from the Platform.
11. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Harmonia cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available 24/7 without interruption. As a digital platform relying on cloud infrastructure, temporary disruptions are inevitable.
Temporary interruptions or outages may occur due to:
- Scheduled server maintenance and database updates.
- Software deployments, bug fixes, and feature updates.
- Security improvements and penetration testing.
- Internet service interruptions or cloud hosting provider outages (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS).
- Infrastructure issues, power outages, or technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control.
Harmonia is not liable for any loss of potential earnings or business interruption caused by platform downtime. We appreciate your patience and understanding whenever maintenance or unexpected interruptions occur.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harmonia, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
This limitation of liability specifically covers, but is not limited to:
- No Liability for Indirect Damages: Harmonia is not responsible for indirect harm or damage resulting from platform use.
- No Liability for Lost Profits: We are not liable for any expected earnings, lost income, or business opportunities that fail to materialize due to platform availability, task rejection, or Client decisions.
- No Liability for Data Loss: Harmonia is not responsible for the loss of work-in-progress, annotations, or account data due to browser crashes, local storage clearing, or server-side anomalies.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of earnings you have successfully accrued on the Platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property Notice
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project contract, the Harmonia Platform itself—including its website design, logos, branding, graphics, software, code, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Harmonia and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the Harmonia brand, software, or platform content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Data Ownership
Regarding the tasks completed on the Platform: all data, materials, annotations, and labels produced by Workers during the completion of projects are the exclusive intellectual property of the Client who commissioned the work. By submitting work, Workers assign all rights to the Client and retain no ownership over the work product.
14. Advertisement Disclaimer
The Harmonia Platform may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense and Offerwall providers. These advertisements are generated automatically based on your browsing history, general location, or platform context.
The presence of advertisements on the Harmonia Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Harmonia of the advertised products, services, or companies.
Harmonia is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of the products or services advertised. Users interact with advertisements and complete Offerwall tasks entirely at their own risk. If you encounter a malicious or deceptive advertisement, please report it to our support team.
15. Security Disclaimer
Harmonia implements reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect user data, prevent unauthorized access, and mitigate fraud. We utilize advanced bot protection, encrypted authentication tokens (Local Storage), and secure cloud infrastructure.
However, no website, internet service, or digital transmission can ever be guaranteed to be 100% completely secure. Users acknowledge that they provide their information to the Platform at their own risk.
Users are strongly encouraged to take appropriate security precautions on their end, including using strong, unique passwords, keeping their browser and operating system updated, avoiding public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions, and regularly scanning their devices for malware.
