1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harmonia's website and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of the Platform
Harmonia is a platform that connects three types of participants:
- Clients, who submit orders for review-based projects and pay for them through the Platform;
- Workers, who complete assigned review tasks and short micro-tasks in exchange for payment; and
- Reviewers, who check completed work for quality before it's marked complete.
Harmonia acts as a marketplace and coordination layer between these participants. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, or result from work completed through the Platform, and clients and workers are responsible for ensuring their own use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and with the policies of any third-party platform their project may relate to.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when signing up, and to keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. New accounts go through an email verification step and, depending on our current settings, may require admin approval before they become fully active.
4. Client Orders & Payments
When you create an order as a client, pricing is based on the package you select (Starter, Growth, Scale, or a Custom quote) and the task type(s) and data quantity involved. Every order is reviewed by our admin team for task type and quantity before work begins, and each package carries a fixed data quota. Orders move to "Awaiting Payment" until you submit proof of payment, which our team reviews and approves before work begins. You agree to provide accurate, unaltered payment proof. Submitting fraudulent payment proof is grounds for immediate account suspension.
5. Worker & Reviewer Participation
Workers may apply for micro-tasks and, once approved, may be assigned review tasks by our team. Payment for completed and approved work is tracked as "earnings" inside your dashboard and is paid out to the payout method (PayPal or crypto wallet) you've verified on your account. We reserve the right to place a worker account on hold — preventing new task applications while allowing existing assigned tasks to be completed — where we have concerns about quality, policy compliance, or account security. Reviewers are responsible for evaluating submitted work fairly and in good faith before approving or requesting revisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information when creating an account or submitting an order or task;
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others;
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, holds, or suspensions;
- Submit fraudulent payment proof or misrepresent completed work; or
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Harmonia staff.
Violating this section may result in warnings, task holds, order cancellation, or account suspension or termination, at our discretion.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders that are still "Awaiting Payment" can be cancelled directly from your client dashboard at no charge. Once payment has been submitted and approved, different rules apply — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations already incurred, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, branding, text, and underlying software, is owned by Harmonia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as order details or messages), but you grant us a limited license to use it as needed to operate the Platform and provide the service to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that work submitted by workers will meet any particular standard, though we do maintain a review process aimed at quality control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonia and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Harmonia in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Harmonia operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in accordance with those laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
